Shipping policy

 

Currently, in-stock orders are shipped within 4 business days. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We'll make sure you get your order within the timeframe selected at checkout, and we'll cover the tab to upgrade shipping if it's necessary.

Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM EST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Please allow 1-2 business days to process online pickup orders. Wait until you receive an email notification from us with the message "Ready for Pickup" before traveling to the garden center to pick up your order. We hold all online pickup orders for 7 days. If the order is not picked up within 7 days, the items will be put back on the shelves and your order will be refunded.
